PITTSBURGH December 5, 2023 — VIS Signs/Visual Information Systems has been selected for the 2023 Best of Pittsburgh Award in the Signs category by the Pittsburgh Award Program.
Each year, the Pittsburgh Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Pittsburgh area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2023 Pittsburgh Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Pittsburgh Award Program and data provided by third parties.

Bobbi Gerson, President, brings over 25 years of experience in the sign industry to you. She personally works with every customer bringing her knowledge of virtually every type of signage available to match your needs.
Bobbi’s experience in project management, advertising and marketing bring a unique understanding of both the advertising and technical sides of LED electronic message centers. She ensures our customers will receive both quality products and quality training on the software before, during and after the installation is completed.
Our creative staff is experienced in the sign industry as well. They help you develop the signage style and look you want to match your business.
Our Field Service Technicians are factory-trained to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Most have worked in the sign industry for over 20 years. Our Software Technician provides individualized software training at the time of installation and after as needed. We can also provide customized training and support for those customers who may need custom software, graphics, animations or video messaging.
VIS Signs received an award for outstanding service and support from the Bryce Jordan Center at The Pennsylvania State University main campus where we installed six full-color displays back in 2005. Thanks to the initial successful signage installation, Penn State engaged VIS Signs again to update all of the Bryce Jordan Center full-color LED displays in 2017.
Our staff is always available to you after the installation is complete, ensuring you are using the software for your LED display to its fullest potential. We can also provide preventative maintenance and service for your sign to keep it looking like new.
